Ace Institute of Technology offers a career-oriented Medical Assistant training program that equips students with clinical and non-clinical skills required to become proficient healthcare professional that is trained to work in a variety of healthcare settings: healthcare offices, clinics, and ambulatory care facilities. In addition to the above, we at our medical assistant school offer students a mandatory Internship where they will get first-hand experience in performing the multi-faceted duties of a MAs.

you will learn how to-

  • Assist during routine examination and treatment.
  • Perform Electrocardiography.
  • Perform Phlebotomy.
  • Perform Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Process payments, bills, and insurance claim forms.
  • Schedule and record appointments.
  • Obtain required patient information, and retrieve and maintain patient records.

Course Benefits

The program teaches students clinical skills, as the healthcare professional is trained to work in a variety of healthcare settings: healthcare offices, clinics, and ambulatory care facilities. In addition to the above, the Medical Assistant Courses offers students an Internship where they will get first-hand experience in carrying out the multitask duty as MA.

  • Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 Networking (MCITP & MCTS)
  • CISCO Technology (CCNA & CCNP)

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 year of full time work experience in any of the above fields.
  • Relevant Certifications a plus.
  • Previous teaching experiences a plus.
  • Selected candidates will be required to furnish at least 2 references and clear background check.

Sales & Marketing Person needed:

Market and sell standard courses/programs and provide information to maximize sales volume. Some of the responsibilities would also include:

  • Generate sales revenue with new and existing clients
  • Build, develop and manage client and prospect relationships
  • Follow up on leads received using email/telephone
  • Manage client accounts and documents as required
  • Maintain proper and professional communication on sales activity
  • Attend client meetings and seminars as required

Requirements:

  • Must have some Sales Experience.
  • Basic computer skills a must (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Be sales oriented, outgoing, resourceful and demonstrate an energetic attitude
  • Multi-lingual would be a plus
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Selected candidates will be required to furnish at least 2 references and clear background check.
