Microsoft Windows Server Network Infrastructure In this unit, students learns the skills and knowledge necessary to configure a Windows-based computer to operate in a Microsoft Windows Server networking Infrastructure environment. In this course, students also learn the skills required for implementing, managing and maintaining server networking technologies. The topics covered include implementing Routing, implementing and maintaining Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), and Windows Internet Name Server (WINS). Student also learn to secure Internet Protocol (IP) traffic with Internet Protocol security (IPSec) and certificates, implement a network access infrastructure by configuring the connections for remote access clients, manage and monitor network access.
Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory Infrastructure In this unit, students learn how to successfully plan, implement and troubleshoot a Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory Infrastructure. The course focuses on a Windows Server Directory service environment, including forest and domain structure, Domain Name System (DNS), site topology and replication organizational unit Structure and delegation of administration.
